In studio, @HOME and outdoors, Victus Soul aims to take you on a truly immersive fitness journey with the very best instructors in London.

Meticulous programming, hard work and our signature dynamic recovery are all at the heart of our two concepts; HIIT & RUN and HIIT & BOX. Whichever class you choose, our workouts have been specially designed to help you improve endurance, strength and tone. Alongside results, the feel-good factor you'll experience every time will also have you coming back for more!

SPECIAL COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

The following restructions have been introduced from 1 August 2020 to ensure the safety of our soul'dliers:

1. Do not come unless you are completely symptom free

2. Arrive no earlier than 20 min before class and no later than 5 min before class

3. Bike storage is now available at the studio

4. Come ready to workout and do not hang around after class

5. Wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitation stands provided

6. Keep social distant and respect your fellow soul'diers and our team

7. High touch areas have been closed and there is currently no towel service

8. The Soul Bar is take away only

9. Changing rooms and showers will remain open but will be operated at reduced capacity (6 x female and 4 x male)

10. Class capacity has been limited to 16 spots so you do not have to share your workout space with another soul'dier

11. No sharing of equipment during class

12. Rental gloves are still available and will only be used once per day. We do recommend you purchase your own mitts/wraps and gloves if you intend on doing HIIT & BOX

13. One way system in studio clearly marked

14. Increased cleaning in studio, between classes and in the evenings
