WHAT AREA OF YOUR BODY DO YOU FIND THE MOST CHALLENGING TO TRAIN?
A: Legs take the life away from me.
WHAT DO YOU WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR SESSIONS?
A: I want everybody to feel accepted and welcomed, but also I want to push people over their limits, because sometimes we put limits in our mind and the body can take more. I want people to push beyond their own boundaries - No mercy.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU TEACH AT VICTUS?
A: Only Monday mornings. The 6.45am HIIT&RUN ones. The ones people are scared of.
