WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PERSONAL WORKOUT?
A: Anything strength based. I do a lot of weights and conditioning. I like to mix it up by adding HIIT workouts once or twice per week.
WHAT AREA OF YOUR BODY DO YOU FIND THE MOST CHALLENGING TO TRAIN?
A: Legs. I was always a very naturally slim, skinny kid, so I struggled for many years to put on size. My legs have always been a struggle. Training them twice a week has really helped me gain size and learning to love leg day.
WHAT DO YOU WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR SESSIONS?
A: I want them to feel like they're pumped, like when you've finished a really good workout and you feel really good.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU TEACH AT VICTUS?
A: Tuesday evenings, Wednesdays at midday and Thursday mornings.
