Trainer Spotlight - Amanda
A tough girl on the outside but an absolute sweetheart on the inside, Amanda isn't afraid to get in the ring and show everyone how to win first place in a Muay Thai fight. With a background in martial arts, Amanda is one of our HIIT&BOX trainers, and a class with her is everything you need to feel empowered but totally exhausted by the end. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PERSONAL WORKOUT?
A: Muay Thai because it is a physical and mental challenge.
WHAT AREA OF YOUR BODY DO YOU FIND THE MOST CHALLENGING TO TRAIN?
A: I tend to always do full body workouts because isolating body parts doesn't really lend itself to my goals.
WHAT DO YOU WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR SESSIONS?
A: I want them to learn a new skill every time, to feel good and to feel like they could not have worked any harder.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU TEACH AT VICTUS?
A: Monday - 6.30am and 7.30am,
Tuesday - 12.30pm and 5.30pm
Thursday - 7.30am
Saturday - 11.30am
