Trainer Spotlight - Sam
Strength and girl power are the motives behind Sam's sessions. While instructing both HIIT&RUN and HIIT&BOX, Sam motivates those who join her class, helping them to push through and leave feeling like they work past the limit. Here are a few fun things you might also want to know about Sam:
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PERSONAL WORKOUT?
A: Powerlifting. You feel strong AS F*&K!
WHAT AREA OF YOUR BODY DO YOU FIND THE MOST CHALLENGING TO TRAIN?
A: At the moment my quads. My squats aren't as strong as they could be. Lunges, step ups, squads help me make the area less tight.
WHAT DO YOU WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR SESSIONS?
A: I like it when people feel like they can do anything, and that's what I aim for in my classes.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU TEACH AT VICTUS?
A: Currently Monday at 7:30pm HIIT&BOX and Tuesday and Thursday 12:45pm HIIT&RUN.
