Recovery is too often over looked in the fitness industry and we want to set this straight. A core component of our workouts is recovery. Respect your body and do an active recovery, you will thank us later.
Proper recovery helps reduce the risk of injury, overexertion and improves flexibility. So don't leave early but drop a knee and breathe. It's all about downward facing dogs, child poses and feeling like a warrior. Recovery isn't just physical, it is mental too. Leave those stresses and worries outside.
