40, 50 or 60-minute classes combining treadmill intervals on Woodway 4Fronts with targeted strength training on Fitbenches. Expect sprints, hills and steady runs that push cardio endurance and speed—paired with floor work using weights, kettlebells, medballs and bodyweight to build full body strength. Each day has a specific body focus. Every session finishes with our signature recovery. No experience needed.
45–50 minute small group classes combining strength and conditioning on state-of-the-art Allegro reformers. Guided by strength training principles, our trainers structure each session using progressive overload, tempo work and compound movements with dumbbells (2–22.5kg) to build muscle and improve endurance. Our studio is equipped with jumpboards, boxes, rings and dumbbells to ensure every need is met. Each class finishes with our Signature Recovery. This is a reformer experience like no other.
New to our Strength Reformer classes? We strongly recommend starting with our Foundations class. Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.

She has collected many nicknames from clients over her coaching career with 'the spice queen' and 'the energizer bunny' being the kinder ones.
She 100% throws everything she's got into the class with you, as she believes we are on this journey together as client and trainer.

Formally known as the Tiny Torturer on her home soil in Australia, she is set to challenge your perception of the ‘Reformer Pilates’, focusing strength based principles to ensure you’re getting more than just a stretch.
