Mikey is a fitness instructor by day & an actor in west end musicals by night. He strives to make a positive change on a client's own journey each class whilst bringing energy and huge bests. Mikey believes the only person standing in your own way is you. Everything can be overcome and conquered with a good solid mindset leading the way. He also understands progress isn’t linear and there will bumps in the road. And whether you’re feeling like a superhero or having a bit of an off day he strives to make a positive impact and make you feel strong!

Courtney’s focus is unlocking progress and his coaching style stems from his love of the Strength & Athleticism in Sport. Using a combination of training modes and good energy he takes pride in using his experience to serve people with the right doses of what they want and need in a digestible and vibey way. Indija comes from a wide background of training which she started at the age of 8. From dancing to Taekwon-Do she has been bouncing back and forth ever since. First achievement was gaining her first blackbelt at the age of 12, then grading to her 3rd degree at 17 which by this age she was ranked No.1 junior best female within Australia.
She competed for her country at the ITF World championships where she brought home 5 bronze, one category being her favourite was “Power Breaking”, aka breaking multiple boards with her hands and feet. On the side of all this training she also studied and graduated with a diploma in Performing Arts, which she is now in the training to bring both skills together and become a Stunt Woman.
Ruth swapped the corporate life for a better life, after discovering the impact that moving her body had on her mental health. She’s made it her mission to teach everyone that steps through the doors how to build a strong body and mind, encouraging you to dig deep and trust your own ability.
Focussing on functional fitness, paired with an unwavering smile, she is here to help increase your strength, motivation & energy, not only in the studio but also in your everyday life.

Amaryllis is a level 3 qualified personal trainer who has a love for boxing, strength and conditioning. She loves both the mental and the physical elements boxing brings, connecting the mind and the body.

HEAD OF FITNESS, Neha, a Nike Training Ambassador, represents the coach she once needed and is living proof that anything is possible. Her 9 stone transformation has shaped her philosophy that, regardless of age, size or ability, we are all athletes. Neha’s classes are designed to build strength beyond the studio walls. HEAD OF FITNESS, this pint-sized Muay Thai fighter and Niketraining Ambassador is as badass as they come. Amanda loves both the physical and mental challenges that fitness brings as well as helping the Victus Soul soul'diers take on and conquer their own challenges, too. She feels particularly passionate about diversity and inclusivity within fitness and hopes to continue playing a role in championing this. Amanda is completely immersed in all things fitness - and in her words, ‘wouldn’t have it any other way!’
