The importance of recovery after any high intensity workout is too often neglected. Recovery should not be a two minute stretch at the end of the session.

We dedicate a significant portion of each class to bringing your body back under control, focussing on your breathing and dynamic stretching to help maximise your recovery. Allowing you to train day after day, reducing your risk of injury and increasing your mental wellbeing.
