We are a boutique fitness studio in the heart of London, providing two group fitness workouts; HIIT & BOX and HIIT & RUN. You’ll alternate between either the treadmill or boxing bag and your own weights bench where you will perform HIIT-based exercises.
Absolutely not. Our aim is to conquer your journey, whatever that means to you. All our classes can be taken at your own level, so if you aren’t feeling it, there are always modifications to ensure you don’t overexert yourself. We have qualified trainers who understand your first time in the studio might be a little daunting and will take good care of you! If you are injured or don't feel 100%, just let the trainer know.
We open 30 minutes before the first class begins and close 30 minutes after the last class ends. All of our classes are listed on the timetable.
We have 3 tube stations within a 6-minute walk; Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Hill. Easy. Liverpool Street is just up the road too.

Consistency is key! You can work out with us on a drop-in basis or commit to one of our memberships.
There is no joining fee and these can be cancelled easily by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take it from there.
No, you can buy one class if you’d like, but you’ll get better results if you come regularly!
One class = one credit.
You can purchase any credit packages from the ‘Buy Classes’ page.
Different credit bundle options have different expiry dates - please check these before purchasing.
We ask for 12 hours' notice if you can't make it to class. If you cancel outside of 12 hours we will refund you the credit, however, there are no refunds if classes are cancelled within 12 hours of the class' start time.

On your first visit to Victus Soul you will be required to complete a quick induction before class. This is so that you know exactly how our equipment works and where to locate anything you might need during the class. You'll need to be outside the studio 10 minutes before the class' start time. If you don't complete an induction, we wont be able to let you take part in the class.
We ask that on your first visit to Victus Soul, you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to allow time for us to check you in, show you around and get you into your induction 5 minutes before class.
After your first time, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. We will release any spots that have not checked in to the walk-in waitlist 4 minutes before the start of class.
Our Soul Bar provides everything you need pre and post-workout. We serve coffee from local roasters Ozone Coffee, a selection of hot beverages and a range of protein shakes. We also stock nutritionally-balanced, healthy snacks to help you refuel and aid recovery.
Mums to be and new mums are always welcome but make sure you have spoken to your doctor beforehand and you know what exercises you can and can't do. HIIT training is generally not advised during pregnancy due to the intensity of the workout so your doctor must understand what our HIIT & RUN and HIIT & BOX classes entail (boxing/running with weight training) and give you advice based on this.
Once the treadmill has completely stopped, no exceptions.
