
OUR ULTIMATE BOXING & STRENGTH WORKOUT
HIIT&BOX combines boxing intervals, strength and recovery into one 40-50-60 min class. During the workout, you will get the chance to unleash your inner Ali on our water-filled aqua bags. Our boxing combos are made up from 6 punches combined with leg work, slips and twists. Using our bespoke Fitbench weight benches we will create a perfectly balanced workout by pairing opposite muscle groups strength and conditioning work on the floor. All of our workouts are finished off with our signature recovery, focusing on breath work and dynamic stretching to help maximise your recovery. We strongly believe that you should train hard, but recover harder to minimise injury and ensure you can train for tomorrow.
