TEST WEEK
6-12 October
Every HIIT&RUN class will include a 5 minute endurance run. Record your distance with FOH to find your starting point.
BUILD WEEKS
13-26 October
Push further each session as classes in weeks 2 & 3 focus on building endurance-helping you run longer, faster and stronger. Complement your runs with
STRENGTH REFORMER for strength and mobility and HIIT&BOX for conditioning and power.
RESULTS WEEK
27 October-2 November
The 5 minute run returns. Record your distance and celebrate the progress you've made since week 1!
