TEST WEEK
2-8 March
Every HIIT&RUN class will include a 5 minute endurance run. Record your distance with FOH to find your run baseline.
TRAINING WEEKS
9-22 March
Build pace and endurance both in and out of the studio — from HIIT&RUN classes and interval runs, to strength training and STRENGTH REFORMER. Every session helps you run longer, faster and stronger to help improve your 5 minute run distance. Support your training with nourishing food, proper hydration and adequate rest so you can perform at your best.
RESULTS WEEK
23-29 March
The 5 minute run return this week. Record your distance and celebrate the progress you've made since week 1!
Everyone who completes the challenges goes in the running to WIN a pair of Therabody JetBoots.
