40, 50 or 60-minute sessions combining treadmill intervals with targeted strength training on the floor. Expect a mix of sprints, hills and steady efforts designed to challenge cardiovascular endurance and build speed. These running blocks are paired with strength work using weights, kettlebells, medballs and bodyweight to develop full-body strength and resilience.

Each day focuses on a specific muscle group, giving every session a clear purpose while keeping the training varied and engaging.

Every class finishes with our Signature Recovery. No running experience required.
