45–50 minute small-group classes that bring the principles of strength training onto the reformer.
Classes are structured around progressive load, control and time under tension, using springs, dumbbells and smart exercise combinations to build strength and endurance.
Classes move through a range of exercises on the reformer, creating a dynamic strength workout that keeps the body continuously challenged.
Our studios are equipped with jumpboards, boxes, rings and dumbbells, giving our trainers the tools to bring creativity to their programming. While the foundations stay rooted in strength training, every class feels fresh and a little different.
Each class finishes with our Signature Recovery.
New to Strength Reformer?
We recommend starting with our Foundations class. Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.

REFORMER CLASSES
We offer three different types of reformer classes:
Strength Reformer Foundations
Victus Soul’s Strength Reformer Foundations class is our entry level class, designed to be a skills based introduction to strength based reformer. Be prepared to learn about the world of strength reformer from our expert instructors, whilst incorporating springs and dumbbells as a form of load on our Allegro reformers. This entry level class is a great place to start for all new clients and existing clients who want that extra time to focus on their form. *No previous reformer experience required.
Strength Reformer Signature
Victus Soul’s Strength Reformer Signature class is designed to dial up the intensity and challenge you in ways you haven’t been before. Be prepared to sweat as we increase the tempo and load using dumbbells and springs. The go-to class for clients who want to be pushed and are ready to take their strength reformer workouts to the next level. *We strongly recommend trying our Strength Reformer Foundation class prior to attending this class, even with previous reformer experience.
Strength Reformer Advanced
Victus Soul’s Strength Reformer Advanced is our highest intensity strength focused reformer class. It’s not for the faint hearted — this session is built to test your physical and mental limits. You’ll work under more challenging loads as we utilise both dumbbells and spring resistance to make you stronger. With minimal rest and maximum output, the goal of this class is to continuously take you to fatigue. You’ll leave feeling strong — having pushed yourself further than you thought possible on the reformer. *Not suitable for first timers or anyone who hasn’t completed our Strength Reformer Signature class.
