RUN

RUN combines running intervals and recovery into one 40-50 min small group class (16px). During the workout, your lungs and legs will be pushed to the limit with our high intensity running intervals on woodway 4front treadmills. The running intervals will combine hill, sprint, endurance and sled runs. This class will help you build endurance and running technique no matter your running level. All of our workouts are finished off with our signature recovery, focusing on breath work and dynamic stretching to help maximise your recovery. We strongly believe that you should train hard, but recover harder to minimise injury and ensure you can train for tomorrow.
