You’ll move between boxing rounds—built around power, speed and coordination and high-intensity strength circuits on the floor, with a different body focus each day. Every session ends with our signature recovery. No experience needed.
45–50 minute small group classes combining strength and conditioning on state-of-the-art Allegro reformers. Guided by strength training principles, our trainers structure each session using progressive overload, tempo work and compound movements with dumbbells (2–22.5kg) to build muscle and improve endurance. Our studio is equipped with jumpboards, boxes, rings and dumbbells to ensure every need is met. Each class finishes with our Signature Recovery. This is a reformer experience like no other.
New to our Strength Reformer classes? We strongly recommend starting with our Foundations class. Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.

Ruth swapped the corporate life for a better life, after discovering the impact that moving her body had on her mental health.
In Ruth’s classes, be prepared to work as hard as her playlists. From Space Jam themed change overs, to HipHop Thursdays to Fred Again (again again and again). Don’t be fooled by that unwavering smile, Ruth will push you to dig deep and bring the energy to match the vibes in the studio.
Her mission is to help clients join the dots between mind and body, proving that one is only as strong as the other.

Fresh from the shores of Australia, Mel is a dynamic reformer trainer ready to elevate your fitness experience. With addictive energy and an undeniable passion for movement, she programs killer classes that will challenge, push and inspire you. She has collected many nicknames from clients over her coaching career with 'the spice queen' and 'the energizer bunny' being the kinder ones.
She 100% throws everything she's got into the class with you, as she believes we are on this journey together as client and trainer.

Gee has been a dedicated Senior FOH member for the past two years, passionate about VS and its ethos. She's buzzing to step into her new role as a trainer.
Gee is a natural performer, having trained as an actor and she's thrilled to have found a career that ignites her passion just as much as acting does.
Her family finds it amusing that the little drama queen who always wanted to be carried (as a toddler, though she wouldn’t mind if someone offered now) and couldn’t catch a ball, is now a trainer.
Gee fell in love with fitness and experienced its transformative impact on her life and mental health. She's determined to share this positive energy with others, proving that training is for everyone (and she's proof!). She promises that working out can be incredibly fun too.
Expect 00s remixes, high energy, and a lotta love in her sessions. Don’t be fooled by her red hair and big smile—she’ll push you to your limits while supporting you every step of the way, helping you discover just how amazing you truly are.
