What is Victus Soul?

Victus Soul has two fitness studios in London, the original in Aldgate and our second site in Waterloo. We offerthe following concepts: HIIT&RUN, HIIT&BOX, STRENGTH REFORMER and STRENGTH. All of our workouts are finished off with our signature recovery to ensure you can train for tomorrow.

Do I need to be an athlete to work out at Victus Soul?

Absolutely not. Our aim is to conquer your journey, whatever that means to you. All our classes can be taken at your own level, so if you aren’t feeling it, there are always modifications to ensure you don’t overexert yourself. We have qualified trainers who understand your first time in the studio might be a little daunting and will take good care of you! If you are injured or don't feel 100%, just let the trainer know.

What are your opening hours?

We open 30 minutes before the first class begins and close 30 minutes after the last class ends. All of our classes are listed on the timetable.

What's the easiest way to get there?

ALDGATE: We have 3 tube stations within a 6-minute walk; Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Hill. Easy. Liverpool Street is just up the road too

WATERLOO: We are 400m from Waterloo tube station (use southbank exit) and a short walk from Westminster and Embankment tube stations. 

How do I book?

You can book via our website or App. All you need to do is create an account by clicking on the ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ button in the right hand corner of your screen. From there, you'll be able to purchase credits to book your class.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! Please go to the ‘Buy Classes’ page of the website for information on memberships.

What is a credit?

One class = one credit.

You can purchase any credit packages from the ‘Buy Classes’ page.

Different credit bundle options have different expiry dates - please check these before purchasing.

Is there a joining fee for memberships?

Nope.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We ask for 12 hours' notice if you can't make it to class. If you cancel outside of 12 hours we will refund you the credit, however, there are no refunds if classes are cancelled within 12 hours of the class' start time.

First time induction

On your first visit to Victus Soul you will be required to complete a quick induction before class. This is so that you know exactly how our equipment works and where to locate anything you might need during the class. You'll need to be outside the studio 5 minutes before the class' start time. If you don't complete an induction, we wont be able to let you take part in the class.

What if I'm late to a class?

We ask that on your first visit to Victus Soul, you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for us to check you in, show you around and get you into your induction 5 minutes before class. We will release any spots that have not checked in to the walk-in waitlist 4 minutes before the start of class.

Do you have a waitlist for full classes?

Yes!

Do you have food and drinks?

Our Soul Bar provides everything you need pre and post-workout. The menu includes coffee, a range of protein shakes, drinks, water and snacks.

Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?

Pregnancy [updated 25 November 2025]

REFORMER: pre-natal clients can continue to attend their usual classes during the first trimester unless otherwise advised by their medical professional. All pre-natal clients will need to inform us of their pregnancy and complete a pre-natal PAR Q, please contact your local studio (aldgate@victus-soul.com or waterloo@victus-soul.com) to obtain a form or speak to the team when you are next in the studio. From the second trimester, pre-natal clients should attend foundation classes only taught by our pre-natal qualified trainers: Mel and Poppi-Redd, Kate Chambers, Amelia, Francesca and Sydney. Our signature and advanced classes are not suitable in the second and third trimester. It is the client's responsibility to obtain and follow independent medical advice which in some instances may suggest the client no longer attend classes.

Pre-natal clients can freeze their membership or extend their packs until they are ready to return should they wish to no longer attend classes whilst pregnant. There are no restriction on the time frame for freezing or extending for a pregnant client. 

HIIT&RUN: if you wish to attend our HIIT&RUN classes your must have discussed this with your medical professional and has sign off. Furthermore, you must inform our staff and the trainer of your pregnancy and agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage, which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the use of equipment and/or studio facilities, and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Victus Soul.

HIIT&BOX: if you wish to attend our HIIT&BOX classes your must have discussed this with your medical professional and has sign off. Furthermore, you must inform our staff and the trainer of your pregnancy and agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage, which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the use of equipment and/or studio facilities, and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Victus Soul.

STRENGTH: if you wish to attend our STRENGTH classes your must have discussed this with your medical professional and has sign off. Furthermore, you must inform our staff and the trainer of your pregnancy and agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage, which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the use of equipment and/or studio facilities, and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Victus Soul.

When is it safe to get off the treadmill?

Once the treadmill has completely stopped, no exceptions.

Can I share my credits with a friend?

You can share certain pay as you go credits with a friend (please check the "buy classes" page on the website to see whether your pay as you go pack can be shared). In order to do this your friend they need to have an account with Victus Soul. Once they have set up an account, all you need to do is email aldgate@victus-soul.com or waterloo@victus-soul.com confirming the number of credits you want to transfer and to which account (e-mail address required). For the avoidance of doubt, off peak and memberships cannot be shared.

How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships must be cancelled in writing to ck@victus-soul.com. Please note that you need to provide one months full notice for any cancellations.  Please note removing a credit cards on your account does not consitute cancelling your contract.
