STRENGTH REFORMER
45–50 minute small group classes combining strength and conditioning on state-of-the-art Allegro reformers. Guided by strength training principles, our coaches structure each session using progressive overload, tempo work and compound movements with dumbbells (2–22.5kg) to build muscle and improve endurance. Our studio is equipped with jumpboards, boxes, rings and dumbbells to ensure every need is met. Each class finishes with our Signature Recovery. This is a reformer experience like no other. New to our Strength Reformer classes? We strongly recommend starting with our Foundations class. Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.
